3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post (reviews, comments). By posting, you grant LetterBall a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the Service. You are solely responsible for your content and must comply with our Content Guidelines.

4. Prohibited Conduct

  • Posting hate speech, racial slurs, or discriminatory content
  • Harassing, threatening, or bullying other users
  • Spamming or posting repetitive/irrelevant content
  • Impersonating other users or public figures
  • Attempting to exploit or disrupt the Service
  • Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions

5. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or our Content Guidelines. Automated filters block certain prohibited language. Users can report content for manual review. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

6. Intellectual Property

NBA, NFL, MLB, team names, logos, and game data are trademarks of their respective owners. LetterBall is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NBA, NFL, MLB, or any team. Game data is provided for informational and commentary purposes.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account by contacting support.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service. Game data accuracy is not guaranteed.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
